As I stood beside one of our campaign signs, I was reminded that Election Day is quickly approaching. The Primary Election will take place on Tuesday, September 15, and I want to encourage every eligible voter in the 16th District to get ready and make a plan to vote.
This campaign is about the people who call our community home. It is about listening to your concerns, understanding the challenges our families face, and working together toward real progress. From stronger neighborhoods and better opportunities to safer communities and responsive leadership, your voice should be part of every conversation.
Voting is one of the most powerful ways to make your voice heard. Please take time to check your voter registration, learn where you will vote, and decide whether you will vote early or on Election Day. Then, remind your family, friends, and neighbors to make their plans as well.
I am Franklin D. Cooke, and I am running to serve as your State Representative for Delaware’s 16th District. It would be an honor to earn your vote and continue working toward real progress for our community.
Remember: Tuesday, September 15—make your voice heard and vote Franklin D. Cooke for State Representative of the 16th District.
